Common questions about attending the event.

What do I need to get in?: A valid ticket purchased through this official site and a valid government-issued photo ID. Your ticket may be scanned at the gate.
Is there an age requirement?: Bring a valid photo ID. Age policy and any 21+ areas will be posted before the event.
What can I bring?: Travel light. Bag checks may be required. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and professional recording equipment.
How do I get there and where do I park?: The venue and city are listed on each event page. Plan your transportation in advance and consider a rideshare. Parking details will be shared before the event.
Can I get a refund?: All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
Are tickets transferable?: Tickets are a revocable, non-transferable license to attend. Buy only from this official site. Tickets bought elsewhere will not be honored.
How will I receive my tickets?: Stripe emails your receipt right after purchase. Your entry tickets and any QR codes are delivered by email before the event.
