Terms of Service

By buying a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy a ticket and do not attend.

The Event is produced by BLZRD Music Group LLC ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our"), with a mailing address at [ENTITY ADDRESS].

The Event is independent. It is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any university, college, fraternity, sorority, or governing council. Any organization names are used only to identify groups that may attend.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except as stated in our Refund Policy or where a refund is required by law.

Tickets are valid only when bought through this official site. Tickets bought from any reseller, scalper, or third party are not valid. We may refuse entry to any ticket we did not issue, with no refund owed to you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe terms. We are not responsible for errors caused by the payment processor.

A ticket is a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to attend the Event. It is not property and grants no ownership rights.

We may deny entry to, or remove from the Event, any person who violates these Terms, breaks the law, ignores staff instructions, poses a risk to others, or initiates a payment dispute or chargeback on their ticket. No refund is owed in these cases.

You must follow all venue rules, posted policies, and lawful staff instructions. Entry requires that you are 18+ and that you present a valid government-issued photo ID at the gate. Without a valid ID showing you meet the age requirement, you will be denied entry with no refund owed. Any event-specific age policy is posted on that event page and enforced at the gate. Prohibited items and behavior include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and any conduct that endangers or harasses others. We may conduct bag checks and searches as a condition of entry.

You understand that attending a live music event involves inherent risks. These include loud sound, crowds, lights, physical activity, and contact with others. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, you release and hold harmless the Organizer, the venue, and their owners, staff, contractors, and partners from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and defend the Organizer and the parties listed above against any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, that arises from your acts, your omissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER] under its rules, seated in Bloomington, Indiana. You and the Organizer waive the right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class action. [CONFIRM ARBITRATION TERMS WITH COUNSEL.]

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms last changed.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stay in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited only as much as needed.
